How do I remove freaking Swirl marks with my PC7424. Please Help.

I have a 99 ford ranger with white paint and when the sun beads down on it or at night under a yard light, I can see swirl / spider webbing. It is not bad at all untill you get under a light and look into the paint?



Is there anyway to completely eliminate it?



I have a pc7424, lake country white yellow and black pads



3m finesse it II , 3m swirl mark remover 3000, 3m Ultra fina swirl eliminator





My questions are:



Should I pc the product until it is dry or keep it wet and spray it off with a water hose after 4 to 5 minutes per body panel?



What do you professionals recommend?
 
the white pad and 3m swirl remover should work. If not then step up to a orange pad and possibly a more aggressive product. Ultrfina on a black pad should be your last step on a dark color.
