Klasse SG over P21S?

When you put P21S over Klasse SG, is it ok the next time to put on a new layer of Klasse SG? Or does it not bond to P21S?

No it won't bond and you'll get hazing

Unfortunately, SG will not bond over your layer of P21S...you will have to strip your current layers off and start again.

So the only way to "improve" once you've gone over with p21s is to add another layer of p21s then, correct?
