Manufacturers of Paint Sealants?

I'm sure there are many more companies that manufacturer wax and liquid products, but how many companys manufacturer Paint Sealants? Are there really only just a few and everything else is a relabel? Can you guys list the manufacturers and maybe what products are a derivative of them?

I think the question needs to be who manufacturers silicone polymers.

Dow corning is one big manufacturer of polymers used in paint sealants.

I'd guess most of the true sealants get their polymers from the same source. I think Chem Wackie in Germany is one of the bigger wholesalers. I bet there are only a few true manufacturers.

I'm more interested in the companies that produce the end result rather than the raw materials. Companies like Warner Chemical.....
