What pads to use with Autoglym

As it says, im looking at importing a Porter cable and need to know what pads i will need to use it with AutoGlym Ultra deep shine and AutoGlym Super resin polish, also what pads/bonnets for buffing the polish off, wool, MF? And how many?



I know i can get Meguires pads in the UK but if im importing i could get the pads from the states too.

Of those two, I've only used the SRP. I use a polishing pad (Meg's 8006, LC white, etc.). I'd always buy more pads that you think you'll need because things happen ;) Use speed 4 or so. Let it really dry before you buff it off.



For buffing it off, I'd use plush MF bonnets over foam (cutting) pads. Using them over wool doesn't work all that well for me as the wool tends to compress and lose it's cushioning ability. For the 6.5" size, I like the Meg's burgundy (7006) pad, I keep one labeled *just* for use with my MF bonnets.
