NXT Shipment

I opened my NXT shipment to find that they mailed me the NXT wash instead of the wax. This is very disappointing because it is going to be in the mid-50's tomorrow.
 
That is annoying. Run out to Wal-Mart and ask them to grab a bottle of NXT wax from the back. It's $13.86 for the wax. Good Luck and Happy Detailing!
 
I received my order which was supposed to be the NXT Tech wax. Mine was wrong also. I received the Tech Protectant instead of the NXT wax. I talked to Meguiars last Saturday (1/17/04) and still have not received the corrected order at this time. I never had problems over the last 10 plus years, and this is my first problem, but it is taking for ever to receive my correct order.

Just talked to Meguiars. They are supposed to send me the NXT Wax for free. I guess I'll have to wait til next week to try it out.
 
Since everyone is having so many problems with their orders, I guess I'll wait until they put the stuff out at Wal Mart.
 
I had no problems with my order but they are good with fixing problems. I have ordered from them many many time and their customer service has been great.
 
Ok, I went to 2 Wal-Marts and one target. All 3 stores wouldn't even go look in the back to see if they had any. Customer service isn't what it used to be.



Its 64 degrees here today and I have no NXT wax to experiment with.

Did you call Meguiar's? You really ought to. I'm sure they will make it right for you. I've never had anything but outstanding service ordering from them.
