Hello everyone! i'm new to the forum, i have an 83' Mercedes 240D and a 04' Infiniti I35. I have a couple questions on what to do/ what to use to fix some probems i have

My first issue is with the interior on my I35, it has cracked in on the seat cushions and the back of the seat were seats usually see the most wear. I was wondering what i could do/ use in order to recondition the seats? also the passanger seat has a spot on it were the leather is starting to get tuff. What i have used on it before was some armor all stuff that flaked the leather away, needless to say, it made it much worse :-( so i was wondering what i can do to either recondition it, or is a repaint the only way?

My second issue is the paint on my Mercedes has seen better days, while it still is great shape, it has light oxidation. Also whenever i wax it, it looks super, but it eats threw the wax about every couple weeks or month. Will a good polishing with a machine fix the oxidation and the way it eats wax?

Thanks guys

Matt

Klasse AIO would handle your oxidation issues nicely. Since the paint is older; go lightly with the polish and know your limits.

Leatherique may have something or some way to fix your seats...otherwise use Kiwi Saddle soap to clean them (follow directions); let the air dry and follow with a good conditioner. Tanner's Preserve; Chemical Guys; Poorboy's and lots of others all make good conditioners. Lexol and Tanner's Preserve are the two easiest to find locally.

i use lexol cleaner and conditioner it works great you might try mnzerna 106ff with a white pad for the oxidation.

I've got a 2001 I30 and I use 3M leather cleaner/conditioner on its seats...it leaves them a bit shiny but it does a really good job cleaning and protecting them.
