Member 99blackSE has this to say about Vac N'Blo Portable Vacuum:
Picked this up off David B after reading some reviews on here. I have never used a shop vac of similar size or power but I don't remember a vac being like this either, at least not one this size.
Instructions are good, a fair bit of documents (order form for attachments, warranty stuff, etc.)
Packaging
Well I don't know what more to expect from a vacuum. The vac itself is good, the box it came in was... well a box. Good overall.
Accessories
Nice cache of these, all very useful.
Noise/Vibration
I don't really notice any vibration. Noise can get to you after a while though, after extended periods my ears were starting to bother me a bit so I might get ear plugs or wear some ear muffs.
Power & Control
This thing has balls, 4 hp, 95" of water lift, no joking around. When I first turned it on and it rolled a bit from powering up, my expression was along the lines of "holy crap!". Control was still good though, I never find myself fighting with her.
MFG Claims
I believe the claims are justified.
Value
For the price the whole package is a good deal in my opinion.

Vac N'Blo Portable Vacuum Product Description
Treat yourself to the ultimate detailing vacuum!
OK, I was wrong! A number of you told me about this product but I really didn?t think it would make a difference. After all, the mini-canister vacuum I purchased from Home Depot keeps my cars nice and clean. Wrong!
The good folks at Metropolitan Vacuum were nice enough to send me one of their 4.0 peak horsepower, portable, Vac N?Blo vacuums for me to evaluate. This mini-mite is under 18? long and only 7? in diameter. It comes with a 12 ft. power cord, a shoulder strap, a 6? flexible hose, two 20? extensions, a blower nozzle, Pik-All nozzle, dust brush, crevice tool, inflator adapter and a 4-piece micro cleaning tool kit.
I started by completely vacuuming my car using my standard vacuum. Then I vacuumed the car again, very quickly, with the Vac N'Blo. I checked the reusable cloth dust bag to see if anything was picked up. Whoa! Where did all this dust and dirt come from?
The manufacturer claims this is the most powerful portable vacuum in existence and I believe them. It feels like there's a tornado occurring inside the canister!
In the home, I used the Vac N'Blo to clean behind the entertainment center and then used the micro tool attachments to clean my audio and video equipment and computers. I cleaned behind the refrigerator and then did the washer and dryer area. I love this machine!
Outside, I used the Vac N'Blo as a blower to clean off the driveway and around the patio/pool area. My wife even commented on how happy she was that I bought this car accessory. Hmmm.
