This pad is outstanding with a DA - the foam has an ideal composition, allowing for polishing or final finishing on any color. Also, the foam is more dense than any other polishing pad I have tried (except the Wolfgang Concours, which has durability problems), allowing for the application of heavy pressure when needed. I probably have 20 hours of buffing time on one of these pads and it is showing virtually no sign of wear.! My only complaint is that the pad is about 1/4\"-1/2\" too small (when using a 6\" backing plate, you have to be careful).
Oh yeah, the pad works okay with a rotary, but accumultes a lot of heat very quickly (the negative of having dense foam).

Sonus SFX-2 Paint Polishing Pad Product Description
From the Sonus USA website:
Removes light swirl marks and finish marring while enhancing gloss.
A gloss-enhancing, swirl-reducing polishing pad for the regular care of paint with minor imperfections.
Use with Sonus Enhance (SFX-2) or other “swirl-remover” machine polish formulas. For use with a dual-action polisher or a rotary buffer in conjunction with a 5” Velcro backing plate.
NOTE: With heavy polishes, this pad may be aggressive when used at speeds in excess of 1,000 RPM (rotary) or 3500 OPM (dual-action). To prevent paint burns, work at slower machine speeds. Keep machine moving and check your work often.
