my ratings dont really reflect how i feel about this product, so let me explain . the packageing is a metal bottle thing which is fine and doesnt get rusty or leak or anything, however the "poor" rating description included hard to use, and the bottle is rediculously hard to open if you close it all the way. the instructions are straitforwards. and it is very very easy, the only downside is that you have to ple-clean the surface. i washed my car with dawn, then used meguiars deep crystal precleaner. the slickness is very good , along with the gloss. which is not the best, but does increase with the number of coats on the surface (make sure u let it cure as it says on the bottle).. the main gripe i have with this product is that it claims that it "protects for a lifetime"... lasts forever with periodic refreshing .. i think i remember it saying twice a year, and that is very wrong.. if you put one coat on, and let it cure as instructed it should last about 2 months which sucks for a sealant.. BUT the whole reason i like this sealant is because it is so easy to use once the prep is done. you can put a coat on once a month, or every other month if you want (i dont mind doing it often)and it is almost too easy to add another coat. it takes almost no time, and if put on thin ,which is also easy, it will come off with ease even if you leave it on until you are done with the whole car. i really like this stuff.... just wish it would last a little longer
update.. i no longer use this product due to the fact that its durability is terrible. it has to sit in the sun once every month and a half for the stuff to cure, and its just obnoxious to have durability like this.. it beads well, and looks GREAT, but the beading fades severley after only 3 weeks or so... i dont understand why everyone thinks this stuff lasts so long.
