Re: NaviWax Ultimate - Love this Stuff

I just ordered a 280 ml pot of this. I am anxious to see how it compares to FK1000P, the Collinites (915 & 885/476). Looks promising. Always nice to have a couple of different options to play around with.

I saw one for light colors and another for dark colors. Was there anything for all colors like the OP posted?

They make NW Light and NW Dark.

    Ultimate is a different product.

Light and Dark are a bit cheaper - but they are very good as well. Ultimate has more nuba and longevity.

    They all are very good.

All come up on eBay from time to time.

All NW has the unique application that you can apply it to the car wet.

Meaning, you wash the car - don`t dry it. Then apply and remove the wax. The water helps the wax spread even farther.

Removal of any of these waxes is always easy. They buff clean and don`t smear.

This is a recommendation from the manufacturer.

Awesome. I feel it`s better than 915. I have never used FK.

Please report how you like it. I recommend applying with at least a wet applicator like the tin states. You can also apply it to wet panels.

This is not a necessity, it`s pretty easy to use no matter what.

I ordered the Naviwax Ultimate, it is supposed to look good on all colors. I will certainly update the forum with my thoughts on it. I always have liked durable paste waxes, even though FK1000P is straight sealant, nothing wrong with that. LOL

Go with the NW dark for $50-$60 shipped (not sure if this is exact today - bought mine years ago)

NW dark worked well and looked great with my Titanium Silver BMW. Application is different as stated but easy. It comes with a nice applicator. Finish is slick as any sealant.

What I`m seeing is it`s more like $75 shipped, and the site I"m looking at won`t ship NW dark to the US, only the ultimate. But the ultimate is $114 shipped. Ouch. Not happening for me.

You can get it on ebay US $50 shipped. 2 Cans $80 shipped.

If you want Ultimate, it looks like you gotta go through Nubawax only.

Haven`t washed it for a few months. Stuff is legit. Initial application from August....

Lolz. Saw some dude post his coating stopped beading well after like the first wash.

Neighbor`s car as a comparison to show I don`t have magic rain drops:
