MiVor- Ah, OK...for what you`re using it on I wouldn`t expect any issues.
Ah#2, interesting that they have that on their FAQ now.
Ya know, when something eunexpectedly messes up aluminum wheels that are *not* bare aluminum, I always think it was related to microfissures/etc. in the wheels` finish, like how winter salt can cause issues where none were previously obvious. And yeah, I`ll readily admit that I err on the side of caution when it comes to what I use on wheels.
We got a good thunderstorm this morning too, yeah..winter really seems gone now
Vette gets uncovered this weekend. Now whether I get to drive it is another story. Sunday looks promising.

It was so warm yesterday I was able to `shampoo` (extract) the seats and carpet! (something I`ve wanted to do since I bought it in January).
As I was extracting, I discovered a large amount of soap residue in the carpet. I suspect a previous use of that spray on foam - vacuum up stuff that didn`t all come out. I think I got most of it but maybe not all.
With all the doors open I set up a fan to facilitate faster drying.
MiVor- Ah, good that you got the soap residue out before it retained too much dirt and made things tougher on you.
So today I was going to do the wash and spray wax routine (still need to break out the paste [uncertain about a need to polish yet]). I was using my Karcher electric pressure washer on the tires when it began throwing water inside the unit causing the pump to run continuously and spew water everywhere. I took it apart, but don`t see a way to fix it so it`s time for a new one. I did an ONR wash instead followed by a Megs Ultimate spray wax. Also trying Megs spray tire shine.
(I then repaired my under front bumper damage [separate thread]).
Footnote: I had some tar on the lower front fenders and a little on the doors. I discovered that Goo Gone is an excellent tar remover.
MiVor- Ah jeeze, another Karcher bites the dust. Given my history with Karchers, I almost feel like I jinxed it by posting on this thread!
Well I went to Lowes today and got another pressure washer - an electric 2000psi Greenworks - not familiar with the brand, but it works well (pressure washed the driveway).

MiVor- Ah, I`d had my eye on that one (until I got my Christmas gift cheapie). Hope it works out well for you, if you get a chance, report back on how it holds up.
