    Exhaust tips

I`m wanting to coat my exhaust tips. I don`t have a lot of experience with any of the different coatings. What are you guys using to do this?

Mine get too hot to coat, I just polish with NeverDull or Mothers Metal Polish, every other week.

Adam`s quick sealant is heat resistant up to 300 degrees or something around that. It would be a good choice.

I gloss Coated mine and it seems to hold. Easy to clean and still beads. Only been a few weeks.

I OC 2.0 my exhaust tips 2 years ago and it worked great.

I`ve been using the P21S Polishing Soap every week followed by Chem Guys Metal Shine every once in a while. It`s by far the dirtiest area on our cars and needs constant attention...

Hey Tom, what`s your opinion on the P21s Polishing Soap at this point?

Good for on-going maintenance but I`m still going to want a traditional metal polish periodically to get that bright shine.

    Re: Exhaust tips

Agreed, it provides a great result for weekly maintenance (seems to be mandatory on our cars ) and is super e-z to use.

It`s somewhat of a unique product and I appreciate the recommendation! It is officially part of my weekly routine now Glad to have come across it. Thanks again!
