    wow, i do not know how i did that

    I shrunk it down to fit.

    It is actually on 8 1/2 by 11 paper

    The customer signs on the bottom as well.

    Not to shabby. I`ve been using AutoInt`s form untill I get creative enough to make my own like that. Inspection Form Its pretty complete and helps a lot. I would suggest that any detailer use a form like this when they are on a job. It really saved me a ton of problems last year.

    I had a company called I.D.E.A make them for me.

    I cost around 60.00 for 500 copies. They are carbon copied also so i get a copy and the customer gets a copy.



    The only bad thing that can come out of having this is that when you miss damage and dont sign off on it, the customer can then say you did it.

    I have never had this happen to me, but people are always looking to screw someone else.

    I got my copy on the 23rd. Thanks ! I think this is a very good idea and it will probably help prevent liability !

    I use some products from collision services, but the report I got came from a company similar to them, they are called IDEA
