I`m a transplant from LA, now in Cleveland, Ohio. I`ve made the business work for me quite well in the past now that I`m in region affected by seasons(there is only spring and summer in LA) I don`t quite how to handle the winter season.

    Some thoughts:

    • interior details
    • interior cleaning i.e. vaccuum, windows etc
    • under carriage sprays
    • washes/waxes on warm days
    • take up a hobby

When in winter up there in the great white north. (I just moved from Michigan) always use the K.I.S.S. method. People are not in the least bit interested in having a week long polish job done when it`s snowing and there`s salt down. Keep the outsides to basic maintence type stuff and focus on the interior`s and salt removal. I think what you have listed is pretty much right on the money. Including the last statement

I do a couple fleet jobs. One with a local semi company and another with a huge lawn care operation. But most of the time I am plowing snow.
