Meguiar's vs. Lake Country Pad Comparison Chart.
This is a reference guide to see how pads from Lake Country Mfg. and Meguiar`s INC compare in terms of cutting abililty (the ability to remove material). This is for reference only! Certain paints, techniques, and products can all effect the total cut of each pad.

7207. The 7006 is going to be slightly more aggressive but not finish as nice.

GENERALLY SPEAKING, do you find the 7207 or Cyan HT to finish better?

Generally speaking the 7207. Jason Rose had made some prototype low-profile 5.5 inch pads for me to test several years ago and they where rock-stars. That said, the difference is small, and I am really splitting hairs. Both pads use a really good foam, but Lake Country`s biggest advantage is that the pads are available in different sizes. :rockon

Probably not from a place that doesn`t sell Buff n` Shine!:lol2:
I should have a handful of B&S pads coming from ADS by the end of the week. Hope they`re as good as I`ve heard.

That`s good to hear!
2 Yellow, 2 Green and 2 Black. Heard good things about their orange, but they were out of stock in 5.5. :(
Re: Meguiar's vs. Lake Country Pad Comparison Chart.
Has anybody compared the Lake Country yellow foam (since they reformulated it to the finer grade several years back) to the other yellow foams on the market? I was a tester of the `new` yellow foam several years back and am very familiar with what they are using. Lake Country has been an industry setter and leader when it comes to launching new and upgraded foams and it is interesting to see how many other companies switch their foams after LC continues to set the standard.
