First you have to remember that this is all subjective to each person`s view .....
Most of what you see below is accurate ...
I`d agree except to the Blue ..lol ... rest of answer below...
First you have to understand why Blue came out after White ... It was designed to hide minor swirls and scratches while giving a deep shine and not fully muting the metal flake in some paints. .. White does not hide too much at all ... So when you received the Black before owning the Blue you skipped a "look" ... The Black is going to reflect even more and does have better filling but can certainly mute more than the blue...
When it comes to layering, which I believe was the topic ... using various combinations can alter the gloss and or depth, but they all look good to me
Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder
well stated Poorboy.
So I guess I should be using more blue in that case because I LOVE my flake- even though I don`t feel that Black really mutes it much IMO
I have seen black fill some pretty decent marring with two coats
(and I need to get the white one of these days too)
my club friends were asking me who repainted my SRT at the track last time when I showed up after I finished this layering referenced in the op
tisk tisk..shouldn`t they know better by now?
well due to this gargantuan storm cell near San Antonio- our tower car show was cancelled this month
guess I will have to add some more wax for the next time
