Lol my day job is super busy...

Put the blue on and let it sit for 45 mins or so, it was quite humid.

    Sprayed with chilled s&g
Had to put some in another sprayer coz sprayer got temporarily frozen in the process

Honestly the wipeoff was a PITA

    I let that sit overnight

Put red on at 715am. Removed 30 mins later Then sprayed chilled s&g

Took a few pics but no sun was out and it was slightly drizzling so left in garage

I sprayed from a 2oz travel bottle so it was slight spritzs on the surface. I used a miracle towel, then tried the grey cobra 530, then purple 600 (which worked best)

I was washing my DMT so I didnt have it available to use

maybe I left the blue on too long? I tried both the thin nap side and the thick nap sides on the wipe off of the S&g when sprayed on the hazed nattys blue

Re: Nattys Liquid and Paste Layering Advice

so what should I do this afternoon?

I need to clean the wheels for sure (RW) but im not sure if I will put another layer of Nattys Red on the top half or not

the shine is quite intense, definitely more than with just the black on there

This was the first time using the blue- I think the jar mj traded me for was never used.

I did realize I need more wax applicators however. I gave most of mine away- silly me.

You could leave blue paste on for a month and itll come off like butter. Maybe too thick? Too humid, but never had humidity problem. I have put it on think and that was a pain.

This time, spray chilled sg on panel, then red wax. work the wax in........ Then remove after a while.

    Playing is FUN

could have been too thick. I say PITA but not compound removal PITA..but for Nattys removal, yea it was the worse Ive had..maybe I sprayed too much..who knows...Im sure Ill try it again soon and dial it in correctly bc Im attributing that issue to user error somewhere in this new Ron Wax Waster frontier you have me now in. lol

Maybe the good Poorboys folks could weigh in on what the cold liquid does to increase shine? Changes the molecular structure of the carnuba? Maybe thins the coat of wax? Ive got to try it.

I think Ron has more than enough experience with this .. he was there when these were introduced and tested in all sorts of ways with all different colored vehicles and even in 100+ degree heat on blacktop on a Black BMW that wasnt so easy to play with ...
Weve experimented on Street Rods with very expensive paint ...

heres some guidelines to consider ... if you spray first and then wax and then immediately wipe off, you will get the most out of the wax alone (deeper shine) and use less microfiber towels
if you wax and then spray you are getting more out of the Spray & Gloss (Brighter and Wetter) and will then need more towels and good absorbent ones ... (Your 1 DMT is in the wash???)
All towel are not created equally
I prefer not to let it dry, but again we tried letting it dry and it didnt make that much of a difference ... do what works best for you or just keep going ..lol
life is short ..do it while you can

Re: Nattys Liquid and Paste Layering Advice

In the last century, we used to wax car, remove, then let it bake in sun all day then hit it with cold hose water.

It shined like crazy. Wonder how many cars we cracked the paint on..........?
