    TAC Systems, Geyon, and CarPro

Now that PBMG has started carrying Geyon, can anyone tell the difference (differences?) between TAC, Geyon, and CarPro? From my reading it seems like TAC was making some of Geyons and CarPros products at one time. There are many similarities in their lines. Many of us that have used Reload and experienced its ineffectiveness are looking for a replacement. Geyon has Cure (not yet for sale on AG) and TAC has Quartz. Can folks with experience chime in with their opinions on the three companies and their good or bad experiences with the products?

    TAC & Gyeon are GREAT

Reload used to be made by them, but then went to different manuf (imho cheaper) to get changed.

I don`t want to jinx myself but I haven`t had a single issue with tac or gyeon (quartz spray and cure)

There is a thread about it somewhere here.

For whatever reason Gyeon Cure is not listed at Autogeek when you search under the Gyeon brand. If you search for Cure in the search bar it will take you to the product page. I balked at the 15% off sale, Gyeon is pretty pricey so I`m waiting for a bigger sale before I pull the trigger (and stockpiling cash). I really want to test all three of these lines together.

First let me say I`ve never had a problem with Carpro other than re load. Had a major problem with ownership. I can tell you Gyeon products are much easier and more durable than anything Carpro has to offer!

Re: TAC Systems, Geyon, and CarPro

I might come off as biased as I`m a FINEST installer for CarPro, but I`ve used most of the stated products, and I`ve had best luck with CarPro`s lineup in terms of durability, gloss and hydrophobics. (which is why I chose to move my offerings over to their lineup)

Most of the issues people had with Reload was on a previous version of it, where if you used too much product, it could end up streaking. I find more user errors than anything with Reload, but that`s not to say at all that the product has always been perfect.

It has been revised since, and is easier than ever to use - and lasts a ridiculously long time.

A little transparency would be fun, but might hurt profits from the company charging the highest prices. We probably never will know who makes what and that`s why I like side by side comparisons of products. The TAC Systems fellows are coming back into the US very soon (I emailed them) and then we can have some three-way fun.
