Shawn, try white VC pad, pb SSR 2 or 2.5. try with the r.o. polisher first. If not, go orange pad and same Polish. If not, then go to master cut and white pad. If not, try the rotary.

Be careful with the rotary. The GOJO is gritty and may have seriously reduced the clear coat.

I think someone took the aggressive wash method too far. :-o
Looks similar to the results from the old school no.7 rubbing compound.
