I have tree sap all over my enclosed trailer and I can not find a way to get it off. Last time we used the trailer was about 3 years ago (that`s about how long ago we parked the race car) and it has set beside my house with a line of trees on one side off it. I was off work today and it was nice outside so I thought I would try to clean it up. I didn`t realize how bad the sap was. I wish I would have done something about this before now.

I tried a ton of tar/sap removers and I read on line that Diesel Fuel would take it off but, it didn`t even phase it. Any ideas on what would get this stuff off ?

I will post pics so you can see how bad it is

Since your already going with harsh chemical try brake clean. It takes tree sap off pretty fast. Just be careful

Keep the tree sap wet with acetone (nail polish remover) for 3mins...and rub gently with an old but soft MF towel.

    Acetone will damage MF towels.

In have been using distilled white vinegar for years and have always had great results, and it`s very inexpensive.
