High cut DA pads: MF or Flashpad?

I`m looking to get some higher cut pads than my Cyan Hydro-Tech pads. What`s the general consensus on MF versus Flash pads (which cut more)?

FYI: I have a PC 7424xp DA and use M101 or Menz FG400. My highest cut pad currently is the CarPro denim/velvet OP removal pads, but they are not practical for whole car corrections.

    Any and all recommendations appreciated.

Lake Country Thin Foamed Wool Pads are my favorite heavy cut pads on a PC. Just be sure you get the thin ones, not the thick ones.

    Mine as well!
They work well on all kinds of paints and finish very well for such an aggressive pad!

    I like these as well.

I have been wanting to try the flash pads though. I have heard good things.

I`ll likely pick up both pads (Wool and Flash).

    Great input everyone!

Meguiar`s microfiber cutting pads are very good as well. They even offer the xtra cut.

LOL, I literally googled the exact comparison this morning. I`ve been trying to figure out which as well. My GUESS is that the flash pads finish down better but the MF cut deeper (Assuming they are cutting). I`m ordering 30 pads so I`ll let you know which work out better on the rupes. All will be 5 inch.

+2 on the WOOL hybrids, they are amazing via rotor and DA. I`ve tackled many major projects with the purple beast!

^^^This! The Griot`s Fast Cut a great too but these pads can`t always be used on some really curved areas. Don`t forget about Surbuf pads too. The flash pads finished better typically but IMO don`t offer as much cut as MF.

How about you send half of those my way? High cut DA pads: MF or Flashpad?

I used the Megs MF Xtra Cut and Cut pads on a black boat not to long ago. They cut really fast on a 21es, but vibrate like crazy.

Give the Griot`s one a try. They have a thicker backing material (or the MF is just longer) but they vibrate a little less IMO and still cut/finish very well.

Flexipads and liquid elements microfibres are damn good.
Surbufs work best at lower speeds like 3-4 on a random and will work on forced as well

I definitely will Rasky. Are you referring to the ones that were released with the BOSS stuff?

A lot of places stopped selling surbuf, I`m not sure why.

Nope, these were actually available prior to the BOSS release. The BOSS pads have the thin foam backing and are nice too, but they don`t have the cut of the thin Fast Cut pads.
