Re: How do I get caked mud/clay out of ventilated seats?

Ahhh... then need to invest in utility trailer for kids to ride home in. They`ll dry out.

I`m somehow missing something here....(think: "failure to communicate" ).... You blow on the perforations, and the dirt goes where? I`d think it`d go down into the cushion below the perforations where it`d be even harder to get out.

(This is reminding me of how I don`t get the vent-cleanig approach of blowing dirt down deeper into the HVAC ductwork; gets it away from the vent outlets where it shows but puts it down where I can`t get to it.)

Plus, none of my extractor nozzles would scratch leather (I use them on very fragile textiles). Add it some cleaning liquid and there wouldn`t be any problems with that.

I mean..I had perforated leather in a few cars, but no I never cleaned out really nasty mud...

So for the most part it`s the kids.

But brushing the hair out of carpets was a bear too.
    Mi Hermano,
There is an all rubber soft bristle brush specifically made for removing hair out of carpeting..
It will use static electricity to gather the hair, fur, etc., in one place in front of the brush so you can move it away from the area to a spot where you can vacuum it all up, for example...
I believe I have even seen a brush like that at Petsmart...

Exactly what I used 2 different ones of those (different shapes and bristle length) and one hard carpet brush.
