What`s your full time / part time job?

I`m a retired Project Controls Speci.alist. (In Leyman`s terms I scheduled major construction projects to make sure they were completed on time/on budget. Airports, Power Plants, Military Jobs, etc.)

    Current gigs:
    -Part time detailing
-Construction Management Consulting (currently 2 projects)

What do you do for a living?

I work on an ambulance as an emt-intermediate full time during fall/winter/spring, in the summer I am rescue swimmer. I am also in school full time to get my paramedic. Before those gig`s I worked as a painter`s helper in a custom auto body shop, and still do cut/buffing work for him when he has a nice car he doesn`t want the shop detailers messing up or touching.

I am licensed mortgage broker (as well as life and health insurance). Because of the Florida real estate market and tighter loan requirements I had to make that my part time job about 10 months ago. The paychecks started to become fewer and farer between in the mortgage business. I took a job in outside sales for a staffing agency so I could have a steady paycheck. I still do loans and insurance on the side but not like I use to do. I do detailing on the side on weekends as a hobby and for some extra cash. In this economy you have to make it where ever you can.
