I know a flag a lot of friends, relatives, & widows of those who died in 9/11 may be offended by - it has a star and crescent moon on it.

Maybe we should ban that one?

I don`t know the Union Jack looks very close to the confederate flag, some people could confuse them.

I thought the Union Jack represented a Government that made laws and decisions without listening to the grievances of those that the decisions would affect.

With that said, our stars and stripes represented a people that wanted to govern themselves, and rebelled against their government for that right.

Remember we need to be tolerant of others, but ignore when your personal opinions and beliefs are infringed on.

People that are offended by a flag have nothing else to do except be offended. I`m just surprised the police were not blamed and there was no riot in S.C. They are going to stop selling the Confederate Battle Flag at national parks to include Andersonville here in Georgia. I guess next we will have to scrape it off of the Confederate War Veterans graves so not to offend. I really don`t like people telling me what to do or what I can buy with my hard earned money. Freedom of Speech is a right no matter who it offends.
