Bush seems to be on the attack against Trump. Bush could call him lots of names but he pulled the big one - Trump is acting like a democrat. I cannot wait for the triple dog dare -- Liberal socialist democrat.

I would not say they were like democrats except in the sense like Democrats that they were protecting the status quo. This is why we have no agreement on immigration reform despite having control of both House and Senate. They do not want to solve the issue - just prolong it for the next election cycle.

Or afraid to take a stand, thus keeping the status quo.

I was referring to their ability to sit around and come up with ways of spending other people`s money.

Yes. The legislative process is not democratic so bills may never be heard on floor if the leadership does not want it.

I always thought Newt Gingrich`s Contract with America was a great idea where a party promised to do certain specific things if elected in a short period of time (at least get up or down votes). Now, we just have visions by presidential without any guarantee on follow through. The bills could be written now so we see and know how every candidate would vote on them ahead of time.

It`s really starting to scare me a little that we are agreeing on so much..............

That`s not a toupee, that`s his real hair--he`s the king of the combover, it`s really quite impressive. It seems to be kind of a double-combover, he has one part side-to-side, and one part back-to-front.

    Re: Trump 2016

lt really slams the people who voted for Obama. Too bad it`s not true!

Another Urban Legend. Here`s the rating from Snopes.

    Snopes rating: False

"Moreover, not only is there no evidence that Václav Klaus penned this editorial, it`s exceedingly unlikely that he would have written anything like it. Václav Klaus and Barack Obama appeared to have a reasonably good working relationship while both were in office, and Klaus has not been otherwise been recorded as writing or saying anything (in public or private) nearly so harshly critical of President Obama as the editorial attributed to him here.

Variations: This piece has been re-purposed to reference a number of other national leaders and politicians from around the globe, including South African president Jacob Zuma, Australian prime minister Julia Gillard, New Zealand prime minister John Key, Northern Mariana Islands governor Benigno Fitial, and Nigerian Delta State governor James Ibori."

Also rated "Pants on Fire" by PolitiFact and they rip both the left and right.

It`s garbage like this from the right, and the left, that is tearing this country apart politically. I realize that Autopia has a forum that allows this but in my opinion Autopia would be better off without it. And for you doubters, if a different president would have been named I still would have done my homework and checked it for authenticity. Just because it`s on the internet doesn`t make it true.
