Samuel Smith (ANY of it) is exceptional brew. I would like to go back to England and tour that brewery.

I love Fuller`s beer and have toured Griffin Brewery when I was in England. One of the higlights of our trip. After the tour was over I think we tasted just about EVERY brew they make. Seasonals, regulars, everything fresh out of the brewery in their underground tasting room. Sublime experience.

You just have to be careful how you store it being that it`s in a clear bottle.

Store it!? I drink it too fast when I actually have it in my possession.

John - Have you had any Young`s stuff before? I also think that they make some really great brews. Oatmeal Stout is very good, and so is the Double Chocolate Stout.

Whoa, so you got into the craft beer finally, good for you? What else have you tried out?

Tonight I`m trying out some Coopers Best Extra Stout, not bad, way better than a Guiness.

I`d have to go back to the older beer thread to list them all.

    Happy Father`s Day,

Today I`m enjoying a couple of Alba Scots Pine Ale, 7.5% ABV, very tasty. Reminds me of a barleywine, but sweet malty, slightly dry finish, very nice.

Tonight a couple of Avery 14ers ESB, not a bad brew at that. Anyone else?

Of course I`m having a beer this evening...

Ridiculous as this may sound, I find myself in Nebraska visiting a client site for three days this week. So I was driving around the neighborhood and discovered a brewpub, Granite City, within walking distance of my hotel.

So tonight I`m sitting outside on a patio in Lincoln, Nebraska having crab cakes and a pretty nice little IPA, and I think I`ll have another.
It`s a healthy addiction. I can stop any time I want. No really.
