Thanks for the review. It looks like something I do not need at the moment.

    Update:

So it`s been a month of beating & throwing it around, it finally succumbed to the torture. The inner expansion chamber broke... it leaks all over the place and doesn`t retract anymore.

Good part, they already sent me a brand new one and a very fast follow up. They were quite interested to see how I broke it and asked me to send it back for analysis. They are also sending me a second (Which they mistakenly didn`t do in the first place).

beating and throwing it as in general use for you, or as in lemme try and kill this thing and see how long it lasts?

Well maybe a couple of extra chucks , otherwise the usual dragging around. The hose is either on brick, asphalt or under a tire. It broke dragging it across asphalt. I`ve kept it out of the sun and always stored and retracts in the shade.

So nothing more than normal wear and tear, just a month earlier.....

As far as dragging it across asphalt, it is a detailing forum. (so very normal)

Mebbe hoses just aren`t meant for washing cars

Nice review! I could see this being handy for a regular wash. I hate luging/cussing a heavy hose around.

Btw, whose Rx7? Have always wanted one to toy with.

Just broke my second one today! Drove over it and it started to inflate like a ballon then exploded everywhere. 90 day warranty FTW.

Since it has been a while, how many of you guys have one of these that has NOT burst ? I have been thru 4, and that is it ! The last one lasted 30 seconds. Total crap. Take notice how much the price has dropped. Returns...a joke. By the time you pay again to ship it back, then hope someone receives it, then pay for shipping again for a replacement, it is not worth it. TOTAL CRAP!
