LED Shop Lighting

I`m "accumulating" (he he) Sylvania 100W A19 replacement LED light bulbs as they go on sale at Lowes for $6. They seem to disappear from shelves quickly even at full price of $11. When I get 10, I`m just going to pepper the ceiling with ceramic light bulb bases ($3 a pop). These bases will just screw into drywall without issue, so installation is a breeze. I`ll string them together externally with white wire. I figure I`ll have 1,000 watts of traditional lighting consuming only 140 watts at total cost of $90.

Yeah, I was looking at the basic 100W LED bulbs last week. Still too $$$ for my taste. Hope they come down soon. I`ve been mostly pleased with the LED bulbs I`ve bought for the house.
