I need to find a totally transparent wax or sealant to preserve a mirror finish. Are there any waxes or sealants fitting the transparency characteristic? TW Ice has been recommended.
Thank you in advance for your replies.

It doesn`t need to be "totally transparent" to protect and enhance the mirror finish. You are under a misconception. If you insist on that then look into Optimum Opti-Seal or Ultima Paint Guard+. I prefer the second one for what that is worth. TW Ice is great for black/gray plastic, used on paint you will be disappointed.
Thank you for the response. I am covering black lacquer.
If you want to use a wax then I`d go to Poorboys Natty`s White. It`s the most transparent wax I`ve ever used.

Zaino Z2 Pro. It`s even touted on the labeling that it`s optically clear (99%. Don`t really quote me - it`s been a while since I read the print on the packaging, but I do remember something along those lines sticking out in my mind.
Nothing is going to be 100% clear/transparent, though, so get that notion out of your mind. You`re laying a microscopic layer of sealant/wax over the paint finish, so there`s no way that it wouldn`t enhance/change the look - even if it is not apparent to the naked eye.
I still don`t believe in grit guards.
I would say a sealant , not carnuba wax .
Aren`t all sealants and waxes transparent?
I`m not sure that I understand the question
