    Scangrip wheeled tripod

I just received my Scangrip wheeled tripod and all I can say is; WOW. What a quality piece of kit this is! I can`t wait to use it. Heavy duty locking casters, the threads on the studs/etc have blue locktite on them. Very nice. It`s heavy duty baby!

I had their original all metal, non-wheeled unit and it was heavy, and hard to move around. This is it`s replacement since it`s gonna get pitched! LOL

I`m in love with a tripod...

That is a nice looking tripod. It appears to be designed for something light as it would get tippy with weight at the top.

Forget the tripod! Look at that pretty garage floor!! And the cars sitting on it - Wow. I`m envious. But yeah, that`s a nice tripod alright.

They`re pretty heavy duty items. I have the regular tripod with my Colourmatch and the tripod alone weighs about 13lbs; extends up to 9ft as well. It`s a heck of a piece of hardware.

Bunk, this thing is solid! And the Scangrip lights don`t weight a ton either. But she`s solid!

    Thanks Angus!

I have this as well, Amazing to say the least. It`s the only caster that gets over all the bumps on our unfinished (For now) shop floor. I have the whole scan grip series and continue to be amazed by the quality and ruggedness.

Yes, they do. Check out some of my threads, the majority of my `defect` pictures are taken utilizing Scangrip lights.

Thanks, gotta admit I haven`t paid much attention to these things previously, but recently they`ve piqued my attention for some reason.

Heh heh, just posting that make me think "Uh-oh, I`d better watch that I don`t start, uhm...accumulating...a bunch of fancy lights" (not like I do correction even annually, they`d just sit).
