    Hi,

a few shots of my Indi Blue Mini...... These were taken the day after detailing the car ( it had just been driven for 120 miles) so is not a clean as it should be...... However still very very pleased with the way blackfires Gloss Enhancing polish made the cars paint so dark and wet looking.....

Was followed by BLACKFIRE Wet Diamond All Finish Paint Protection. Both items applied by hand using german foam applicator pad.

    What do you think ?

Looks great. Any sun shots by chance so we can see the flake?

Did you polish/seal right over the white vinyl stripes?

Did you use Blackfire`s GEP by hand or machine.. I would like a bit more info, as I have been looking at getting some to try. How was the removal... did the glaze leave behind an oily or smearing residue... ect.

    looks GREAT.

edit... just read that you used it by hand.

    Hi,

    Many thanks for the comments.

Both GEP and Wet Diamond All Finish Paint Protection (BFWD) was applied by hand using the "german foam applicator".

Both products were very easy to apply. GEP did tend to dry quite quickly and required a "little" effort to remove. BFWD was very easy to apply and remove.

Need to be carefull with both products as they would stain the trim ( however easy to wipe off if done before the products dry).

I was using the Klasse Twins before this .... the blackfire twins have made the paint "alive" again whilst Klasse was to sterile for me (however Klasee did make the car shine brighter with more fleck pop).

Overall very happy with the products. Will have to see what ther durability is like.

{ I did polish and seal over the vinyl strips )

    Cheers

What do you think the Blackfire GEP is similar to? A Glaze of some sort? I`ve found the BF Polishes to dry up slightly, especially in high humidity with a PC.

To me GEP is a chemical cleaner with glaze oils and fillers....... it does not offer any protection and hence needs a sealant / wax over it.
