Not really a brag, just a good cleaning after the storm

I`m right outside Raleigh, and we got a good bit of snow here not long ago. We all know what that does to cars, so I started with the wife`s Suburban, I`ve shared a good cleaning of it before here, and added a few things.

Every time I detail I try something more, just to learn as I go and to clean up either another area or take it to the next level.

Last time I tried my hand at claying the truck, and it was a lot easier than I expected and really took it to the next level. This time I added an engine detail, and it is both easy and hard at the same time. Just trying to get my big hands in small places was the hardest part, and it wasn`t overall that bad

(it`s not letting me upload attachments, so I am working on getting them to a photo sharing site now)

Test subject before anything else is done.

I am limited in my abilities and equipment, so we started at a touchless car wash for the underbody. A little bit of degreaser on tires and wheels wells to clean those first.

Started hand wash, those touchless car wash are really good lol

Didn`t do much as far as pictures during, and I apologize as I know y`all like to detail vicariously through pictures, but I got into a groove.

Working on the engine here, I hosed it down with Super Clean and let it dwell, agitate and hose off, let it air dry.

Looks like I need to pull the finished engine pictures off my phone.

Some finishing off, has already been sealed.

Interior clean with Griots, this is before I sprayed some protection on there.

Rinsing bucket, there was some nasty stuff coming off the truck.

    Supplies used:
    Super Clean
    BF shampoo
    Griots interior clean
    PB bold and bright
    Meg`s Super shine
    BF wax

    I feel I am forgetting a lot.

I am not particularly happy with the BnB, don`t know if I had more shine expectations, but I have not driven on it to see about sling.

I had an order come in this afternoon, and had some stripper scent in there and I do like that. Some 303 came in as well, but after I did the interior and engine. Some APC came in as well, but that will be used on my truck, probably Sunday. My truck needs more, and will get clayed and degreased even moreso.
