First BOSS G21 detail 07 GT500

Even though I don`t have my garage to work out of anymore I have still been getting requests to do corrections/details. So for now I will be doing a little mobile stuff. A few days after picking up my BOSS G21 setup I got a call from a client that wanted his 07 GT500 taken care of. Luckily he has a pretty sizable garage with good lighting. I figured this would be a good time to bust out the new G21, pads and polishes. On this particular car the fast correcting cream followed by there perfecting cream gave a awesome result and was very easy to use. Being that I mainly use Menzerna products these were just as easy if not a bit easier. And hardly and dusting witch is a nice plus! Aside from this being the first time using my G21 it was also my first go around with HD Poxy and boy did it not let me down!!!

Seeing as this was a mobile job I didn`t have too much time for pics. But I did get a few good ones!

Washed with Meguiars gold class shampoo
Bugs removed with PB Bug Squash
Wheels cleaned with Iron-x, Tires cleaned with TuffShine tire cleaner
Wheels sealed with Hydro2, tires dressed with Blackfire Total Eclipse, wheel wells dressed with meguiars all season dressing
Paint Decon`d with Iron-x and fine nanoskin mitt
Paint polished with G21 BOSS fast correcting cream, BOSS white pad. Finished polished with BOSS 21, BOSS perfecting cream, BOSS yellow pad
Flex PE8 was also used in tight areas with the BOSS perfecting cream and Flex 2in/3in pads
Paint sealed with HD Poxy
Glass was also sealed with Hydro2
Plastic trim dressed with Meguiars aerosol plastic dressing

Good question. Forgot to mention that I applied it by machine with a gg 3in mini using a black Flex finish pad

Hydro2 on the glass sounds perfect since it`s so easy to apply. What`s your process when you apply it? Do you wash the car after polishing and apply it then before you dry/wax it?

I like to get the car washed and decon`d (iron-x/nanoskin) then apply it while the car is wet. Hose off. Done. Then I proceed with the correction etc.

Ha-ha. Thanks. Forgot to get a engine shot but it makes about 600-620rwhp. Even though I am a LS guy I do like a nice GT500.
