The local dodge dealer has two hemi chargers that have been sitting on the lot so long, the tires are almost flat. Maybe they didn`t have enough HP.😉

Did you watch the vid? It def. has a DR or slick on the rear. Putting 700+ hp down with any rear wheel drive car is going to be difficult with street tires.
