Is there any difference between these two products apart from one being a liquid and the other a paste?

Do they have the same abrasiveness?

There will likely be some differences but nothing too major. As a general rule, liquids are designed to be used by machine and pastes used by hand. Since machines and hands work differently they need a different product.

If you are working by hand then use the paste. If by machine used the liquid. Easy as that.
There are only three things you need to know about me. Gloss, Gloss, GLOSS!!
