For me it was a Range Rover. The roughest terrain it ever saw was a parking lot but it was outfitted with every off road accessory known to man including the headlight & taillight guards. Very fiddly and tedious work.

Every time I look at the new `vettes (hi ya, Ron!) I think that I`d go nuts trying to keep one of those the way I`d want it...just so many.."details" that`d have to be attended to.
I agree with anything the owner says is pristine or showroom new!

I don`t like large pickups with long roofs (crew cab/extended cab) SUVs, Jeeps (my wife had a 1996 Cherokee ... too many sharp bends etc) AND like others have said: "anything the owner says is pristine or almost *new.*"

Did this at work `for fun` to try out me new Flex 3401. LC Force Hybrids, M101/M205 then CQuartz UK. Have another one in the fleet as well...might be quite a while before I do that `for fun`...as in `maybe next year`. Friggin` roof seemed to go on forever...makes our collection of E250 vans look small by comparison.
Chevrolet Avalanche...too much plastic
The carpet on some VW`s, the type where you have to manually remove larger debris that becomes woven into the crazy fibers.
For me it`s my wife`s Town and Country... and she knows it too, I think she even snickers when she ask me wash it....

Anything in life worth doing is worth over doing, moderation is for cowards
Our minivan was time-consuming but low-effort, so for me that worked out to "pretty easy". But several hours per layer of KSG sure did get old, let alone when it needed correcting...it wasn`t the big panels but rather all the weird stuff like sliding door-related areas and all those angled slots in the grilles. Washing it actually went a lot faster than the Tahoe for some reason and just *SO* much easier; I used to wash the MPV all the time but I procrastinate on the Tahoe something awful
That "slots in grilles" makes me think how today`s Lexus grilles would be awfully time-consuming.
School buses (after 9 months of school)
Larger Fire Trucks (for summer parades)
Never have done either, though, ... but just sayin`...
I must say, though, that community fire/safety/rescue squad departments that are made up of volunteer fire and rescue personnel take ALOT of time in cleaning/maintaining their vehicles. My hat goes off to them for not only the time they put in for training and the services they provide to small local and rural communities, but in the pride they have in their vehicles and how they look in parades.
