That`s a tough job. If the smallest wheel woolie brush didn`t work (I know you tried it) then wrap a microfiber towel around a screwdriver or finger and do your best. Those wheels look like a major pita. Good luck. Hit them with some Hydro2 if you do get them clean, for the next time. Lol.
I would use a terry towel (I know I said it) and wheel cleaner like bdx and go to town. Just wear gloves so hand doesn`t get dried out

Okay. I`m skipping my lunch salad. I`ll grab Thai instead
I`ll order the small speed master, along with a couple of others. Right tool for the job and all that. But I can`t just let it go. Not this time, at least. I`m stuck in OCD mode on this one
Fancy!
Mmm. Not really all THAT bad. Thanks for the good luck!
GREAT idea!!! I don`t have Hydro2, but i`ll try the Wet Coat on it. Thanks!!Hit them with some Hydro2 if you do get them clean, for the next time. Lol.
I did use iron remover after using the wheel cleaner. I *always* wear gloves when dealing with those types of chemicals.
wise guy, eh? haha... I keep them on hand for grimey work, or for hand polishing single stage (as rare as that would be)

Here`s the after shot. I forgot to take pics of the wheels specifically, but i found one among the 185 pics i took that showed the wheel.

Do those BHB works for you. I`ve got s similar blond hair variant in the larger 5-6" squarish wheel style. I find it too soft.
Still resort to my Swissvax ones. I think they are sold under a different name literally called ~famous detailing brush~.
It`s much denser for wheelwork
VERY much improved. Nice work!
well, you may not like the sheepskin brush...different perceptions and all. haha
I`d probably try the foam swab looking ones first in his position...my mind would want to reach for my speedmaster jr but it spits back at me all the time so I try not to use it when I don`t have to
Brandt K.
For stubborn marks on wheels... You guessed it.
MAGIC ERASER
"I`m just going to clean this happy little wheel". Even Bob Ross would be jealous of that brush collection. God rest his soul.
I like the feel of the one inch brush on wheel recesses/spokes.
Nice cart and brush collection. Ever try the Atlasta brush? Not soft, but works well when you needs a straight stiffer brush. Atlasta is great for cup holders and other hard plastics.

Exactly. The Blonde ones from Universal can indeed be too soft and IMO most people are better off with the Montana version (for washing the vehicle`s body proper). IMO the BHB for Wheels from Wheel Woolies is utterly superior to any other such BHB on the market, but eh...things do change.
I worry about the sheepskin not dong the "flush stuff away" and/or retaining something really abrasive.
On the Speedmaster/etc. I must be the only guy here who doesn`t think they`re safe for wheels (in the non-marring sense). I do use them for some undercarrige work though, really good for cleaning in the coil springs and not bad for getting between the driveshaft and the belly pan when marring isn`t a concern.
