Thoughts on the video? I like the fact that they kept it real and showed the easiest way to maintain a DD that will probably never be perfect, yet you still care about.

Not bad. Better than the waterless wash video and the pump sprayer. That one made me cringe a little.

I spend a bit more time on my daily driver especially when dealing with a "filthy" car after a long trip. I go back to the wash buckets more often as it does not really add that much time. If you are doing a reasonable job maintaining your car you can get away with even soap and water on wheels, tires, and wheels then reapply dressing on the tires.

Good process for someone whose not to particular about their cars. I don`t let the soap dry on my car and I won`t use a single bucket unless the car is super clean and I`m washing for a reason. Like i washed yesterday but I`m going to polish something and I need to wash first.

The finish on this truck is a total set up. It`s polished sealed with something really tuff. After claying a black truck like he did I cannot believe it looks that good without polishing. I had a black car once and after claying the reflections were never that crystal clear.

I did get a good idea about keeping 2 wash mits so it`s not a total waste of time watching. I have not tried many Adams products.

Anyone use their car wash. I need to get a regular wash soon. I usually use poorboys super slick and suds ever since my first detail weekend. It soaps up nice and rinses freely and does not degrade the finish. Anyone can compare the Adams to the poorboys for me?

I like Adam`s better, as I can let it sit without rinsing until the entire car is washed (as he shows in the video). The Poorboy`s may have a little more cleaning power.

I never used poorboys, but with Adam`s you only need 1oz and it can dry on the surface and still rinse cleanly.
