normally when I finish my three step, i apply a coat of wax to my rims. Is it a good or bad idea to apply CG ez creme glaze to them prior to waxing? Will it improve shine without hurting the finish?

By chrome clad, are they alloy wheels with a chrome coated plastic cap?

I ask because my `09 Ram has those. I would be leery of anything that is abrasive, as the chrome over plastic is not real chrome and will scratch and mar way easier. If they are actually chrome over alloy the coating will be harder, more like a chrome bumper.

CG ez creme is probably not abrasive enough to do damage. I think the newest version is "cleaner-free".

As far as adding to the shine, its really hard to say. I have been using AW on mine, sometimes even UQD. I have been happy with them
