I like it so much that it`s become one-half of my standard Shampoo regimen (3.5 oz Pink + 3.5oz Griot`s Car Wash + ~121oz water = Concentrate for wheels/wells/foamgun). I went for the 5 Gallon bucket as I can use a lot of shampoo.

Wow, as OCD as Accum is with soap, that should be the ultimate endorsement.

What does 3D charge for a 5 Gallon Bucket? I can`t find 5 gallon pricing anywhere. I am also interested cleaners and degreasers in 5 Val but can`t find prices there either.

Does the 5 gallon bucket have a pour spout of some sort?

Except that I don`t try many different ones these days, and I won`t buy stuff that comes in little bottles. That said, yeah...if something satisfies *me* it`s not likely to disappoint anybody unless there`s something subjective that doesn`t apply to me/my situation (which is always possible).

If you contact them (yeah...a hassle) I bet they`ll be happy to take care of that..but watch those shipping charges as a 5 gallon bucket of shampoo weighs a bit.

Not that I noticed, and if it is (supposedly?) a pour spout it`s not something I`d try to use (and I`ll try lots of goofy stuff). It`s more like an aperture you open up and into which you screw a pump dispenser, which they`ll be happy to also sell you Take a *little* care getting the thing open and the dispenser mounted as you`ll be living with your results for a long time. Once you prime it, the dispenser gives a reasonably approximate 1 ounce shot per pump, or at least it`s close/consistent enough for me to think of it that way.

It`s solid, just don`t use in direct sunlight unless you`re prepared to rinse and dry each section quickly. I tend to use it early in the day or late in the evening.

Is there a soap that is safe to use in the sun?? I`m often forced to wash in the sun because I have no shade at all in my driveway unless it`s very early in the morning. Adams claims theirs is but I have never used it.

Even in late winter, early spring, I don`t like to wash in the sun....there are times where we`re talking mid-low 40`s, bright sun at 9-10`ish in the morning, and it the drying agents get the panel dry even as you wash and rinse. I try to align the wash either early before the sun comes out fill rise or just later in the afternoon/evening.

I don`t think 3D offers then in 5 gal buckets. I believe their bulk is 4 one gallongs in a box. Got Amazon Prime. Either just prime a gallon or add it to your order for free shipping, or wait till there is a sale from ACC/PBMG with free shipping....IMO.

3D direct for sure is not going to offer you free shipping...

After playing with the dilutions today, 2oz in the foam gun seems about right. Along with 2oz in bucket.

Manuf. recommend rate is 1oz per gallon for the Pink.

I`ve tried 2-3 oz in a 5 gal bucket. Felt too watery at that mix rate

Different people are gonna like different dilutions in the foamgun. I`m still at ~7oz:121oz = gallon for mine and I use the three strongest setting at the gun.

I have to wash in the sun as well, and PB SSS works pretty fantastic without leaving a film. Forgiving in the time required to rinse off the residue, unless you purposely just let it bake a while.

Been using the soap for months now. Really no complaints. Good in the gun and bucket. For the price point you cant go wrong.

I tried this stuff last year and loved it. I bought a 5 gal pail recently. Now I hardly use my DG 901 or Hyperwash.

Pink was okay but nothing special for me. Reset has been my top tier soap for the last 18 months. I tend to grab that the most 90% of the time but I am finding excuses to use up all the rest of my other shampoos, in between using Reset..I don`t really weigh out cost per oz per wash comparatively, but for those who have not tried Reset, give it a try !
