The only thing I heard from it is that polishing is recommended afterward as it leaves some haze/marring behind.

It is versatile. Depending on the pad can do light compound to pretty good finish polish.

I`d rather go with shine supplies chop top, same concept, no fillers but a better finish. Personally my fave is still BF SRC compound.
I have a bottle from a free gift last fall- never tried it yet
