Re: Looking for a step up in wax for my stang

Also curious if anyone knows first hand how Pete`s and Supernatural compared to Souveran. Pete`s did give me a decent deep, wet look. I hear Souveran is supposed to give more of that. Any truth?

Re: Looking for a step up in wax for my stang

Bittersweet news: I just received a damaged Dodo Juice Purple Haze Pro Edition. The container was dropped and cracked but the lid still seals and the actual contents are untouched.

The crack runs thru the entire container. And the lid has been opened, whereas a new container would be sealed.

    SOLD

Also I still have the damaged Klasse bottles.

If anyone`s looking for a great deal on Klasse High Gloss Sealant Glaze, I`ve got a few cosmetically damaged 16.9oz bottles available for $10 a piece. Just leave a note in the comments section of the order and we`ll manually add this to your order.

Nice. I have to use my sample of Supernatural first before I buy any more Dodo. I`m thinking maybe I`ll try it next weekend.

I should add that I love Dodo Juice Born Slippery clay lube concentrate. That stuff works so well and can be diluted a bunch of different ways depending on application. Really nice and didn`t make a mess on the vinyls in my car( I taped them off but they still get a little wet).

I`ve tried many LSP my current favourites are FK1000-P and Klasse (Klasse AIO plus four to eight layers of Klasse SG)

BFWD + BFMS is a good combo too but durability is weak.

Collinite 845 always looks good too (I had my doubts but after trying it on the roof I was more impressed than I anticipated).

I wasn`t a fan of CG`s 50/50 or Butter Wet Wax (look ok but don`t last long enough)

Vega- If I needed KSG I`d buy one of those crunched bottles in a heartbeat. Somebody`s gonna get a great deal as a bottle that size oughta last for well over a decade of doing Suburban-size vehicles.

So many very good LSP`s but for ease of use with very nice results...BFWD+BFMS x2 coats generates alot of compliments. I`m currently rolling with wet glaze 2.0 with 3 coats of liquid souveran and I`m really impressed with this combo. Deep, wet and just shimmers in the sun. Super slick and so far it doesn`t collect dust as the car sits in the garage more then is driven.

I find the VO7 Hybrid spray works well for minimizing dust. I just tried Pinnacle`s Crystal Mist spray wax and I noticed no difference except that it`s like three times the price. Wasn`t impressed as a finishing/maintence spray.

I use Collinite 915 and it`s great. Very happy with it.

if I was gonna spend $200 on wax it`d be PBL Synergy. That stuff sounds awesome

I personally would coat it, but if you like wax, the Viking coat by Polish angel looks like was, is suppose to last longer like a coating. I`m not sure on durability yet.
