Shiny Dash

Any recomdations for a product to Protect & make Dash Shine.

Since joining Autopia, I`ve moved on from shiny dashes but most high shine dressings should suit your needs.

Most don`t do shiny dashes, but a product I find that works well (about a month or so of durability) and leaves a high level sheen is Mother`s Protectant. You can grab at any local auto store/Wal-Mart as well.

You don`t really want a shiny dash as the glare will annoy you when driving. For a nice satin, like new finish AND excellent UV protection, 303 Aerospace Protectant.

Meg Qik Interior Detailer also looks great (not shiny) but smells vinegary.

Haven`t cracked open my gallon of 303 Protectant yet so I can`t vouch for it but I`m sure its as good if not better than Meg`s (just with a higher price).

303 is my fav leaves a nice health looking interior. I would call it a rich moisturized look.

Second. Been using 303 when I found out about Autopia years ago, great product. Had to reregister but that`s another story...

I used this for the first time on Monday--great stuff! I find it can leave a sheen/shine that can be controlled by buffing a minute or two after application.

I liked it for the most part, only thing is that it left a slightly "oily" feel on my wife`s Pilot dashboard. I applied via applicator--maybe I need to buff more?

If you still want something with shine you can look into Meguiar`s Supreme Shine protectant.

High shine combined with lots of sun makes for a dangerous condition. Einzett Cockpit Premium gives a perfect satin finish/protection that recreates that factory new look. Sort of a satin plus look.

Glad you like it. All i have used for years. I use a foam applicator to apply it.
