Re: COMING SOON FROM 3D/HD: Iron Particle Remover (video)

Lets just say David Posted the video the day that the formula was perfected that was a month and a half ago?

Printing labels should be easy as pie, we do it all day on new products. Even with the new GHS junk its still a 2-3 day process at best even with multiple revisions.

So what is the problem? Is it a product issue or other?

Its like the first HD product I was excited to jump on based on the video posted and now that excitement is turning into frustration.

    Good Luck...............

You`re assuming that the product was "perfected" at the time this video was posted. Unfortunately, it was still being final tested. If you refer back to the video you can clearly see that 2 different kinds of formulations were used. (straight and concentrated) We try our best at making products right the 1st time so taking a little longer with this one will only insure a better product. What you aren`t aware of is that Tunch has been traveling to China & Turkey ever since this video was posted and hasn`t been able to dedicate the required time to finalize the formula to move forward with the back end process. Add to that getting MSDS, VOCs, ad copy, website, special bottles manufactured, labels (in multiple languages) and finalize external testing and this can take a little while. We`re not just ramping up to sell a few dozen bottles of product. Keep in mind that we`ve got 60+ distributors in 20+ countries that once released will be wanting large quantities of this product shipped to them immediately. Try to grasp the magnitude at the manufacturing level with this single product launch alone. These types of new product introductions can`t just happen overnight. I spoke to Tunch earlier today and he`s saying that we`re still a few weeks out. There isn`t a set in stone date so we`ll be sure to give everyone an update when possible. Trust me, it will be worth the wait.

Maybe next time hold off on announcing the product so early. Doesn`t matter how outstanding your product is, if you hype it up then give people nothing, all your doing is frustrating your customers. Bottom line is its just bad practice. I can`t say I wasn`t frustrated about the new AAT products and how that went down (I understand that was out of your control), and now I`m a little frustrated again because I was pretty excited to try this stuff. I`m sure it will be worth the wait though

Re: COMING SOON FROM 3D/HD: Iron Particle Remover (video)

If you were that far away, don`t post the video. That all.

We manufacturer, we deal with GHS, msds and multiple languages and distribution in several countries as well. The formula looked like it worked to me and fast. I was holding off buying another product waiting. It was about 2 months since the posting and that too much advanced notice for me. IMHO

No worries I just ordered a 4 littler of ironx so take your time. Maybe by the time I use that up.( Ones gone already.) You guys will have got this project completed.

Yeah, give `em time to do what they need to do from a compliance perspective. Things worth having are often worth the wait

I can wait and I can even live without it altogether.

I just needed some and 2 months from teaser video to my hands is too long for something I want to try.

They`re probably getting the free samples ready to send out to us to make up for the delay.

Re: COMING SOON FROM 3D/HD: Iron Particle Remover (video)

I`m not sure I will still be detailing but eventually they will release it.

If you ask me it was idiotic to release the video so far in front of the product. I`ve never been a huge fan of the company. Mostly because of the gorilla marketing they did with free products for posting on 111 forums. But I have really gotten past that over time. I have used HD polish and find it ok, not a good as some of my other favorites like po85. Yup still have some. And pro polish.

Other than that I was not compelled to try anything else based on reviews. The video Tunch released really got me interested and I was in the market for a replacement to the 4L ironx I was just about through. I waited, asked watched and ordered Ferrex. Thought it was too expensive and no better than IX. Finally purchased 4 litter of ironx.

If it comes out. It will need to have some pretty anything reviews and be pretty cheap for me to jump back on. Hate to be teased.

Been about a month since the last update, any word on when we`ll see this? Or is it going to be slated for 2016 now?
