I have an MF foam hand applicator. Its got some leather conditioner kind of buried in it. Should I use Dawn or Woolite or Tide? Should I presoak, then hand scrub it?

Dawn or any laundry detergent will usually work well. Make sure you squeeze some of it directly onto the app and then work it in thoroughly with you fingers, and then soak it in a warm water mixture. Woolite is too mild.

Dawn is good. Liquid tide is also. For the bulk of all my MF towels I use something called oil eater. A cleaner degreaser. The best I have found.
