I currently use ONR as an interior wipedown for my car. It`s safe for leather and alcantra. Can the same be said for BF waterless?

Wet Diamond Waterless Wash contains a gloss-enhancing polymer that will NOT enhance or benefit interior surfaces. I`ve never tested it on alcantara or leather (it`s a waterless wash for exterior surfaces after all), so I couldn`t tell you for sure. If you`ve had success using ONR as your go-to interior wipe down product, then stick with it and use BF on the exterior.
