I have a boars hair brush I use, I think its about the best I`ve seen. Also for washing you can get him a natural lambs wool or natural sea sponge mitt, he will need those for some areas on the car.

If you can`t find a boar`s hair brush, I think OXO makes a good wash brush. I would still try to convince to use a lamb`s wool wash mitt though.

I`d rather not wash the car at all than use even the most expensive boars hair brush in the world to wash my paint. That`s how strongly I feel against using any brush. He he,you`ll see me meticulously picking out only the softest sheepskin wash mitts in the store aisle

    Re: least damaging wash brush??

I`m the same way Bill. Even if I drop the mit on the ground, It goes to tires wheels and trim only. I buy a new one about every couple months. My dad says that the brush in no worse than a mit b/c the mit just drags the dirt across the paint. ha ha. What can I say, he is set in his ways. Like I said, he used to use dawn on the paint and purple power (full strength) in wheels.

Bought mine from top of the line. First I bought the hand held brush. Then I bought the brush with the handle. I probablyl will never use a sponge again. Well worth the money IMO.

    Hammondc,

Imagine trying get him to use multiple mitts in conjunction with a foam gun
