Patiently waiting for my Corundum based coating

Yep, did the legwork, called Kory, seems like a pretty nice guy, and am currently waiting for my sample to come in and give my honest unbiased review. Right now my GTI and my wife`s Jetta are coated with Pearl Nano. Which I love. And I will be coating the Daily driver 2005 Cavalier with Perman X corundum based coating.

Heard about this after SEMA and ran into this post over on another detailing site...

    Corundum-based VS Silica-based Nano-Coating - Detailing World

Very interesting. So the only thing "Corundum" about the coating may be the name... Thanks for the link and info, Heisenberg.

The guy that was the op of that post had posted that exact same question here but he was kicked as he was trying to "sell" it here or something like that. I remember cause it was like the exact same wording.

Re: Patiently waiting for my Corundum based coating

Im guessing, with the amount of "NEW" coatings coming to market every day. We will start seeing them show up at Auto parts stores. The only problem with that is, they will be too pricey for the average OTC Auto store detailer. Im guessing this is going to be on par with Beeds. Just without the ridiculous price

Yeah, the same OP posted on here as well, and Gearhead called him out on his post. Doesn`t look like he bothered with a response.. As for that link provided by heisenberg, i found it funny how that "deejas1" fellow went on to post:

I ran into a small startup called Perman X at the SEMA show this year. They were showing their new product which is supposed to be a corundum based nano coating. Has anyone here tried their product before?
