MF applicator or carpro suede. MF applicator will use more product but I think its the smoothest application.
Applying any coating with a yellow foam applicator take a bit of a learning curve. If you do decide to use it, you should not hear ANY squeaking. If you do its not primed properly. To prime it you have to really load the crap out of it on the first use.
I was watching some guy over the pond apply Gtechniq crystal serum with little cutout squares of an all purpose MF towel. application video looked incredibly smooth using this applicator. It was one of those typical yellow towels cut into a 2" x 2" square. He used like 4 of them for the entire car and without the block was able to get into every nook and cranny. let me try and find the vid.

This looks super smooth and i`m gonna give it a try when the time comes around for applying a coating on my wheels.
This guy does some really incredible work too, if you check out his videos.
