How often is it safe to use? Every month or every 3?

In short, no. HD polish has fine abrasives in it. So it`s not just a cleaner. I would only use it as needed when your paint needs defects polished out, but as with every car, you only have so much paint to work with. So don`t use it all the time.
very nice thanx chris
Thanks Shane.

Does HD or 3D have a paint cleaner or equivalent? If not is it safe to use another`s chemistry in this workflow?

Nice to see the Pinnacle PCL getting some attention. The current version is even milder than PCL was back in the day and is functionally nonabrasive for practical purposes. Not that I ever used it on BMW Jet Black...
HD Polish (because it`s abrasive in nature) will clean the paint. Also, I see no issue polishing your car with a mild polishing pad (with HD Polish) dozens and dozens of times without causing negative harm to the paint film build. HD Speed is another great product option too.
